Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT (remaining amount of the appointment)
AFTER MAKEUP: If you do not like what has been done you must tell me while you are here so I can fix it. Once you leave you must text me or say something within the next 15mins so I can fix it. If you leave and do not say anything their is nothing I can do.
NO-SHOW: will be charged the full amount.
If you arrive outside of the 10 minutes grace period, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a fee of $50 per service and will need to rebook. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment ONE TIME and within 30 days of your original appointment date. After that, Alayza Casey Makeup will cancel your appointment, and you will have to rebook. MUST BE DONE 24 HRS BEFORE YOUR APPT. Rescheduling same-day fee: $50 per service. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! If you do not CONFIRM your appointment 48 hours prior, it will be canceled.
